Offering Space & Donations.

I am not taking payment at this time, but community donations are welcome:

Individual Tending Session (time varies for each person, and we’ll agree to work within a time boundary before we meet): donations only at this time.

A relational, Babaylan-inspired space for embodied listening, ancestral reflection, and being—attending to the tension between colonization and indigeneity and uncovering what is asking to return, without forcing.

Because this is part of my journey and I’m potentially inviting you into it, I’m currently offering this space for free. This will not always be the case, and at present moment, it is. If you feel moved to offer a gift, you are welcome to support me and this work through a community donation.

Suggested donation: $150-300

A suggested donation is named to support sustainability, not as a fee. You are welcome to donate any amount or none at all. My bodyworker charges $150 per session, and I often feel most internally resourced with access to this privilege. Contributions are voluntary and do not influence availability, access, or acceptance.

Community Tending Group Space (time will be influenced by the group): donations only at this time

A community, relational, Babaylan-inspired space for embodied listening, ancestral reflection, and being—attending to the tension between colonization and indigeneity and uncovering what is asking to return, without forcing.

Please read “How I Work.” My offering is outlined there, and I am inviting psychotherapists into my practice. This space is not therapy, touch, teaching, skills-based, technique-driven, cookie-cutter, treatment, clinical or solutions-focused.

I have cultural humility, healthy boundaries, ethics, and an accountability practice. I value the tension of colonialism and indigeneity and the relationship between them, respect for boundaries, consent, slowness, pacing, silence, embodiment, ancestral presence, and being.

A relation to the land and Indigenous acknowledgement:

I come from Indigenous Filipino ancestry, shaped by Babaylan traditions that honor body, spirit, ancestors, and relationship. When I speak of indigeneity, I’m not naming an identity I possess or claiming a land, people, or otherwise. I am naming a disrupted relationship—and the responsibility of living in its wake.

Therapy: not accepting new clients.

For current clients, rates are in my Professional Disclosure Statement and on your invoice. You can contact my billing assistant, Christie Brookshire, at Christie@gestaltwellnessstudio.com for questions and assistance.

Insurance & Panels (for current therapy clients): I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, Aetna, Cigna, and MedCost.
