Contact outside of therapy — I’m open to receiving general texts and emails. Feel free to call or text me anytime, as my phone is on silent if I’m not available. Phone calls are for folx in crisis and limited in time (10-15 minutes). I use calls to support skills that can help in a crisis, for general support, and to connect you with resources until our next therapy session.

In a crisis or an emergency, NC clients please call Mobile Crisis at 1-888-573-1006 or go to your nearest mental health urgent care or emergency room.
