Types of Payment

Private pay (see rates below): I accept cash, check, or credit cards.  I can provide a receipt and/or super bill (for you to file your own insurance claim) upon request on a monthly basis.  All appointments are made directly with me.

Insurance & Panels: I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, Aetna, Cigna, and MedCost.

Somatic & Gestalt Coaching/Consultation (individuals, partners, groups, organizations): Somatic and Gestalt consultation is an integration of my experience in somatics with gestalt therapy, somatic abolitionism, indigenous psychotherapeutic work, somatics, trauma, resilience training, coaching circles, and process groups.
Individuals: $175 for your initial consult and $145/consult thereafter (53-minutes)
Groups/Organizations: $225 for your initial consult and $195/consult thereafter (53-minutes)

Systematically Marginalized Coaching, Facilitation, Training, & Consultation:
For individuals and organizations seeking outside support, anti-racist training, or accountability in implicit bias, power, and privilege.
Individuals: $225 for your initial consult and $195/consult thereafter (53-minutes)
Groups/Organizations: $300 for your initial consult and $250/consult thereafter plus travel-related fees (53-minutes).

Phone Calls - are an option for therapy and consultation in replacement of Zoom. 10-15 minute phone calls are a service to current clients in an emergency. I am not always available for phone calls.
