Services & Payment

Individual Psychotherapy: 53-minutes, $175

I am in-network with some insurance plans. Please inquire. As a therapist who accepts insurance, I am required to maintain a fee structure that aligns with insurance contracts. Rather than setting a substantially higher private-pay rate and offering discounts, I keep my standard fee close to what insurance reimburses while offering consultation, where appropriate (consultation is different than psychotherapy and is not appropriate for everyone).

Individual Consultation: 53-minutes, $175

Similar to coaching. I do keep a limited amount of reduced-fee spots available.

DEI Consultation or Decolonizing Your Individual Practice Consultation: 60-minutes, $275

This option is for folx who have specific concerns around DEI, inclusivity, decolonizing their practice and/or are wanting support identifying blind spots. Consultation time can be spent looking at your paperwork, notes, website, policies, marketing materials, how you do psychotherapy, your relational/attunement skills, and/or practicing somatic awareness and discernment around implicit bias.

Decolonizing & Reparations Container: time varies (usually 60-90 minute sessions) $300/hour

The hourly rate can be split between the therapist and client or can be paid for by the therapist/client individually depending on the circumstances. This service is for therapists and/or therapy clients who need some support around harm, accountability, reparations, or facilitation of a discussion related to power dynamics in your therapeutic relationship.
