Intro to Bouldering in Community for Therapists
Learn to climb in community with your colleagues
Bouldering is rope-free climbing on shorter walls with a padded ground. They range from 12 to 18 feet high with opportunities to learn by not even leaving the ground. All you need to boulder is a pair of climbing shoes and some chalk (these will be provided for you or you are welcome to bring your own).
