BIPoC Gestalt & Somatic Process Group (online)
This group is open to Black, Indigenous, People of Color currently in gestalt or somatic training program and/or practicing as a gestalt and/or somatic process therapist or coach. This is a not a therapy group.

Cost sliding scale of $160-400 in total for all 8-sessions
Private pay (see rates below): I accept cash, check, or credit cards. I can provide a receipt and/or super bill (for you to file your own insurance claim) upon request on a monthly basis. All appointments are made directly with me.
Insurance & Panels: I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, Cigna, and MedCost.

Online Personal Training with Somatic Consultation - Trans-friendly, trauma-informed, fat-positive personal training with somatic consultation.
$175 for your initial consult and $145/consult thereafter (53-minutes)

Online Somatic Consultation (individual, partners, group, organizations) - Somatic consultation is an integration of my experience in somatics with gestalt therapy, somatic abolitionism, indigenous psychotherapeutic work, and somatics, trauma, and resilience training, coaching circles, and process groups. I do not diagnose or clinically treat diagnoses in somatic consultation.
$175 for your initial consult and $145/consult thereafter (53-minutes)

Phone Calls - are an option for therapy and consultation in replacement of Zoom. 10-15 minute phone calls are a service to current clients in an emergency. I am not always available for phone calls.
